Born and raised in the Chicago area, Nicole has always been powered by the idea of blending creativity and community. Learning about the imaginative work of various groups is fascinating and inspiring to Nicole, and she hopes to continue to build a career that allows her to share stories worth telling. Both her life-long love for the arts and her experience in the field of communications led her to working at The Silverman Group.
Prior to joining the team at The Silverman Group, Nicole worked on promoting more of what she loves—her hometown and her university. She worked as the Marketing and Public Relations Specialist for the Naperville Convention and Visitors Bureau where she composed content about local businesses and events to attract visitors to Naperville, Illinois. For Marquette University, she managed multiple Social Media accounts for the Office of Marketing and Communications. Additionally, Nicole has been involved in Chicago PR agency work in the recent past. She worked on Media Relations as well as Social Media content and strategy at Jo Chicago Communications, where she helped promote some of Chicago’s most acclaimed design and lifestyle clients.
Nicole received a BA degree in Public Relations with a minor in Social Welfare and Justice from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI—only intensifying her passion for city-life and all that buzzes within it. There, she was an active participant in social justice and non-profit organizations throughout the city, as well as groups that allowed her to express her love for music. She is energized by having the privilege to promote the various spirited clients that The Silverman Group proudly represents in the Chicagoland area.
