The complete lineup is set for the first Chicago International Latino Theater Festival, a month-long event opening in Chicago this fall.
Presented by the Chicago Latino Theater Alliance, the fest, titled “Destinos,” will run Sept. 29-Oct. 29. Programming features U.S. premieres by Cuba’s Ludi Teatro, Puerto Rico’s Arte Boricua and Chicago’s Water People Theater, along with Teatro Linea de Sombra’s Chicago debut of “Amarillo” in Chicago Shakespeare Theater’s new Yard theater.
